Facilities

Lifeline Systems has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Noida (Gautam Budha Nagar), a premier industrial township in the National Capital Region of Delhi. We are equipped with Class 10,000 clean room with in-house facilities for packaging, sterilization, sterility and pyrogen testing.

The latest CE certification is just a recognition of our efforts to offer consistent, high level of quality in our products, through stringent quality control procedures. We received our ISO 9001:2000 (earlier ISO 9002) certification as early as January 1997.

Clean Room
We have Class 10.000 clean room faciities, following international standards in hygiene and environment friendliness. Our employees are trained for personal hygiene and they undergo periodic medical check-ups. Air showers have been installed at the entrance to prevent entry of dust particles.

ETO Sterilizer
Our devices are sterilised by ETO Sterilizer that complies with the requirements of EN550. It has a "Two-Door Pass-Through" feature and a capacity of 282.6 cubic feet. This fully computerized sterlizer is as per CE guidelines where built-in aeration begins automatically after sterilization and reduces potential for EO exposure. We maintain constant vacuum for operator safety and do not use CFCs or HCFCs.

Extruder
We have state-of-the-art extruder machine for accurate extrusion of components and tubings, achieving high tolerance levels.

Micro Biological Lab
Our lab has the capabilities to conduct various tests in-house. These include - Lal Test, Pyrogen Test, Toxicity Test & Raw Material Testing., as per the international biological standards. Our lab carries out adequate tests on all incoming raw material before releasing it for production.
